We understand and appreciate employees' legitimate
concerns for confidentiality when sharing perceptions about
the organization in which they are employed. It is essential
that no one in the organization have access to an individual
employee's personal survey responses or written comments. We
are committed to the highest standards of professional
ethics in that regard.
The main factor to keep in mind is this: When you
submit your completed form, all ratings and comments are
forwarded via the Internet directly and exclusively to The
E. J. Flynn Company in Louisville. All data is transmitted
directly to our database. No one in any other company or
organization, including yours, ever has access to that
database.
We guarantee employee privacy and confidentiality in
completing our surveys. (Use the scroll bar at right to

comments by hand, those comments are always transcribed
verbatim before being submitted in a report.
